I recently stayed at Puerta Alameda Suites for my visit to Mexico and I couldn't have asked for a better apartment. The location was perfect, with great access to museums, historical sites, and the metro. The staff, especially Ricardo and Cornelio, were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering information about the property and assistance with airport pickup and transportation. The building had excellent security, with someone always watching the entrance. The apartment itself had everything I needed, including a gym and a little shop within the building. a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely return in the future.

Staying at this centrally located apartment was a great choice for attending a conference. the hotel is close to the areas we wanted to visit, including the famous Alameda Central park in the city center. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and fully stocked kitchen. the staff was courteous and responsive, providing quick assistance through WhatsApp.
It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions and information about the gym and other facilities.
